Completion of Polling Personnel Data Collection : 19 March 2026

Data Cleaning, Verification, and Exemption Processing : 20 and 21 March 2026
First Randomisation of Polling Personnel : 22 March 2026
Processing Requests for Cancellation of Personnel : On or before 27 March 2026
Start of First Phase Training : 24 March 2026
Completion of First Phase Training : 29 March 2026
Second Randomisation : 30 March 2026
Completion of Second Phase Training : On or before 4 April 2026
Third Randomisation (Polling Station Allocation) : 07 April 2026

കേരള നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് 2026: പോളിംഗ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ വിന്യാസവും പരിശീലനവും - സമയക്രമം

പ്രധാന തീയതികൾ താഴെ പറയുന്നവയാണ്:

മാർച്ച് 19, 2026: പോളിംഗ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ വിവരശേഖരണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി.

മാർച്ച് 20 - 21: ഡാറ്റാ ക്ലീനിംഗ്, വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ, ഒഴിവാക്കൽ (Exemption) നടപടികൾ.

മാർച്ച് 22, 2026: ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ ആദ്യഘട്ട റാൻഡമൈസേഷൻ.

മാർച്ച് 24 - 29: ഒന്നാം ഘട്ട പരിശീലനം.

മാർച്ച് 27, 2026: ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ റദ്ദാക്കൽ അപേക്ഷകൾ (Cancellation) തീർപ്പാക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി.

മാർച്ച് 30, 2026: രണ്ടാം ഘട്ട റാൻഡമൈസേഷൻ.

ഏപ്രിൽ 04, 2026-നകം: രണ്ടാം ഘട്ട പരിശീലനം പൂർത്തിയാക്കണം.

ഏപ്രിൽ 07, 2026: മൂന്നാം ഘട്ട റാൻഡമൈസേഷൻ (പോളിംഗ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ അനുവദിക്കൽ).

ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക
തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ കർശന നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പാലിച്ചായിരിക്കും റാൻഡമൈസേഷൻ നടപടികൾ നടക്കുക.
പരിശീലന പരിപാടികളിൽ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനകം പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് ജില്ലാ ഇലക്ഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാർ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.

You will hand over to the Official-in-charge of the Receiving Centre the following  items of election records and materials and obtain a receipt:
a. Control Unit and, Ballot Unit(s) and VVPAT duly sealed in their respective carrying cases with VVPAT power pack.
b. First packet superscribed “EVM Papers” (containing 3 items)
c. Second packet superscribed “SCRUTINY COVER” (containing 4 items)
d. Third packet superscribed “STATUTORY COVERS” (containing 5 items)
e. Fourth packet superscribed “NON-STATUTORY COVERS” (containing 11 items)
f. Fifth packet superscribed as “HANDBOOK/MANUAL etc.” (containing 3+ items)
g. Sixth packet superscribed as “OTHER MATERIALS” (containing 5+ items)
h. All remaining stationery items should be placed back in the respective  transparent Cardboard/Carton containers and submitted at the Receipt Center.
