The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a new sample paper on its official website
Students are advised to practice these questions to familiarize themselves with the new format and to identify areas where they need to improve.
The Board issues Sample Question Papers (SQPs) and Marking Schemes (MS) for classes X and XII to provide a broad template and serve as a guide for ensuring uniformity and proper coverage of the curricula. Further, SQPs give a broad understanding about the question paper design and need to be used for classroom teaching and learning activities with an overall focus on promoting the application of concepts in real-life.
There is no change in the assessment scheme in 2025-26. The assessment scheme is the same as in the academic session 2024-25.
