Transfer of Gazetted Officers(Spark Steps)

Steps for both Principal Transfer and HSST Transfer

➤Enter the Transfer Order by HOD (DGE)

➤Submit relieving request by the Transferred SDO through INDIVIDUAL LOGIN (Service matters >> Transfer >> Relieving CTC >> Submit Relieving Request). Select the Transfer Order Details and enter the details of relieving, and select the current DDO as the reporting officer. hssreporter.com

➤Approve the relieving request by the DDO. (Service Matters >> Transfer >> Relieving CTC >> Approve relieving request)

➤Forward Relieving CTC to AG. (Service Matters >> Transfer >> Relieving CTC >> Forward Relieving CTC to AG)  hssreporter.com

➤Submit Joining request by the Transferred SDO through Individual Login. (Service Matters >> Transfer >> Joining CTC >> Submit Joining request)

➤Forward the Joining CTC to AG by the DDO of the new office. (Service Matters >> Transfer >> Joining CTC >> Forward Joining CTC to AG).

➤Digitally sign using DSC and Forward to AG. hssreporter.com
