Steps to Generate and Finalize ID Cards via the Sastrolsavam Portal

Follow these steps to generate the ID cards for state-level participants.

Step 1: Log in to the Portal

Go to the official Sastrolsavam portal:

· Log in using your Sampoorna user credentials.

Step 2: Access the Photo Upload Section

· After logging in, locate and click on the "Registration" tab in the menu.

· From the dropdown options, select "Upload Photo".

· The system will display the list of eligible students.

Step 3: Upload Student Photographs

· Against each student's name, you will find an option to upload their photo.

· Click the upload button for each participant and select their respective photograph.

· Important: Ensure the photo meets the specified requirements:

  · Dimensions: 600 x 600 pixels

  · Maximum File Size: 30 KB

Step 4: Download the Auto-Generated ID Card

· Once all photos are uploaded, go back to the "Registration" tab.

· Select the "Download ID Card" option.

· The system will generate a fully filled ID card with the student's details and uploaded photograph, ready for download.
