Bill Make Bill from Payroll ചെയ്ത ശേഷം Accounts-Bills-Upload Supporting Documents  Type of Bill–Salary- Select Bill Nature - Select Bill വഴി Bill Select ചെയ്ത ശേഷം  Forward for Approval ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. 

അപ്പോൾ ‘You are not selected any supporting documents.The outer bill and inner bill will be merged and uploaded for s-Submission.Are you sure to proceed?’ എന്നൊരു മെസ്സേജ് വരും. അത് OK കൊടുക്കുക. അപ്പോൾ ‘The outer bill, inner bill and selected supporting documents merged into a single file and uploaded successfully for e-submission’ എന്നൊരു മെസ്സേജ് കൂടി വരും. ഇതും OK കൊടുക്കുക. ഇനി Accounts-Bills-E Submit Bill വഴി സാധാരണ പോലെ E-Submit ചെയ്യുക
